Hospitality from the whole staff.

This is a good budget fairly clean hotel providing beautiful and cozy rooms. It has unbeatable and comfy position to the cafe area. And close to the beautiful grounds as well as Berlin. They serve outstanding food, have variety of options to choose from.

Spotlessly clean room with a balcony, favourable location an in house movie theater. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Clean room and great breakfast, but front desk service was confusing and rude.

The executive suite impressed with its king bed, gas fireplace, and a fine Jacuzzi tub. The indoor saltwater pool was a relaxing retreat after a day exploring the picturesque Amish countryside. While the location was ideal, navigating the maze-like hallways and the lack of luggage assistance was cumbersome. The hotel showed signs of age, yet the cleanliness throughout was commendable.

Had a fantastic one-night stay! The beautiful grounds and the pancake maker in the lobby made mornings enjoyable. The children loved the play area outside. it was a perfect family getaway!

The kids loved the play area and feeding the fish. With a beautiful view of the scenic fields, the outdoor fire pits were perfect for evening relaxation. Plus, the homemade cookies at check-in were a good touch!

My kids wished the pool had more shallow areas for younger swimmers.

The grounds are beautifully decorated, with accessible paths, made it easy for everyone, including my elderly parents, to explore the garden and gazebo areas without difficulty. Everything was so well-maintained and inviting!

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

Perfect place for family relaxation.

I had a wonderful time at Berlin Resort while exploring the charm of Millersburg. The grounds enchanted me with lovely walking paths, and the spacious room provided a cozy retreat. Although the noise from traffic was a touch distracting, the overall experience felt rewarding and nice.

Just a reliable pick for exploring town with reasonable value. The staff was super helpful in changing our room when we weren't happy with the location. Try to request a room away from the main road for a quieter stay.

I loved the spacious king suite with a beautiful view from the balcony. The outdoor space was perfect for unwinding by the fire pits.

A few details could use some attention. There's no in-room coffee maker or microwave, which makes early mornings a bit of a hassle if you're not keen on trekking to the lobby for your caffeine fix. Plus, some road noise slipped in from the nearby highway, which may disrupt the peace you're looking for. Lastly, while the breakfast offered decent options, the seating arrangement felt cramped during peak times, leaving guests scrambling for a spot.

The grounds were so lovely, I could relax there all day! We savored the best continental breakfast ever while meeting friendly fellow guests. Plus, our balcony with a glider was the perfect spot for evening chats under the stars.
